What happens after you send it
Your note comes straight to me. If you’re buying, the first conversation is about dates and priorities: when you report, when you can travel, which side of base you’ll work on, and what the house has to do for your family. From there I’ll send a written plan counted back from the report date, and I’ll introduce you to a couple of lenders who close VA loans regularly so you can compare them.
If you’re selling, the first conversation is about your timeline out and the choice between selling and renting. I’ll walk the house, price it, and help you line up the closing with your move-out date.
If you’re a veteran already living here and thinking about using the benefit again, we’ll start with your entitlement and what you want the next house to fix about the current one.
Talking it through costs nothing. If it turns out you don’t need me yet, you’ll at least leave with a clearer calendar.
